First, you need to answer all the questions on the “Patient Profile” (on the app: accessible by tapping on the icon on the top right corner of the home screen) and then scan your face. After scanning, tap on the “Scan Results” button to see the list of options. You can join one of the partner programs to connect with a provider; or purchase the recommended mask list.
If you have added a mask to your profile, you can view a list of all masks that are comparable to your current mask and may fit your face. This is done by tapping on the “See Comparables” button on a specific mask card on the homepage. This list provides a limited number of suggestions based on the existing mask and without considering facial measurement. For a more accurate mask list, we encourage you to obtain the mask list from the “Scan Results” page.
Deleting a mask can be done by simply tapping/clicking the delete icon on a mask card on the homepage.
When your account is linked to an institution, you will receive reminder messages when you are eligible for mask and accessories replenishment, based on your insurance policy. You may also receive promotional messages or information about new products on your Notification page.
Open the Messages page from the side menu, tap on the icon on the top right to see the list of contacts, select a contact, and start sending messages. You can send text, images, video, and any file type to your provider. You will also receive their response on the same page. On the web portal, you can do the same by clicking on the “Message Board” tab.
First, you need to add the mask you want to order to your profile. After that, simply tap on the Order Mask button to send a request to your health institution. They will review and verify your selection and may contact you if they feel the selected mask is not the right fit for you.
Our algorithms use several parameters to select and rank a recommended mask list for a patient. The parameters used in mask selection and ranking include facial measurement data, clinical data, demographic data, satisfaction matrix, historical mask data, etc.
The MaskFit AR algorithms have been tested in several clinics across North America since 2016, by many sleep therapists and patients. Additionally, the platform is currently being used and validated by a group of sleep medicine experts in the largest health organization in the United States. We continuously implement changes and modify the algorithms to further improve the accuracy of both facial measurements and the mask recommendation process.
